Service Metal seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join the IT team, supporting technology across corporate headquarters and warehouse operations. The role involves hands-on end-user support, MS 365 administration, and basic network tasks across two Missouri locations.

Ideal candidates include recent grads or early-career IT professionals, able to split time between Maryland Heights and St. Louis warehouse, with a focus on reliability and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, or STEM related education, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with managing devices remotely using Remote Desktop Sessions.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with setting up basic LAN networks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT Help Desk communications to resolve issues.
• Perform network troubleshooting issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration and user account management.
• Update internal users' software and applications.
• Collaborate with IT Department to accomplish goals.
• Develop training material for employees on new hardware and software.
