Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in the St. Louis area. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization, with responsibilities for documenting processes and developing knowledge base materials.

You will support both on-site and remote users, manage incidents, and participate in an on-call rotation while contributing to training and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must reside in St. Louis, MO or surrounding area
• 2+ years of IT experience

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑person and remote technical support, ensuring high-quality customer service
• Troubleshoot technology problems and determine resolutions
• Document incidents in the IT service management system with clear info
• Maintain incident resolution tracking for reporting
• Assist with trend/root cause analysis and identify knowledge gaps
• Monitor service requests to simplify reporting and access for business partners
• Maintain service level agreements to meet customer expectations
• Escalate issues with concise documentation for next level support
• Educate customers on resolutions and follow-up
• Install desktop hardware and peripherals; configure printers
• Participate in an on‑call rotation
