Job summary

OSG USA, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician I to deliver first-level end-user support across office, warehouse, and factory sites. The role covers in-person and remote assistance, with occasional travel to other locations and possible off-hours work.

The position involves hardware/software support, IMAC tasks, asset management, and telecom support, with strong emphasis on communication and learning new technologies.

Qualifications

• Results-driven attitude with initiative to take on new responsibilities.
• Experience handling IT support requests in a technical environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows and email (Outlook/Office 365).
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Provides first level end-user hardware and software support.
• Assists other IT staff with support requests, escalations, or projects.
• Responsible for IMAC: installs, moves, adds, changes.
• Performs setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, software, peripherals.
• Handles IT procurement and inventory management.
• Supports telecoms (VoIP/Contact Center, mobile devices).
• Meets SLA for Helpdesk tickets and projects.
• Coordinates with vendors for third-party procurement and support.
• May travel to other sites; may include off-hours work.
