Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in provider data/-provider network operations within a health insurance company.
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL or other data analytics tools.
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and procedures.
• 2+ years of experience presenting information to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects to enhance processes and execute data corrections.
• Evaluates performance by analyzing data to inform technology-enabled solutions and establish key metrics.
• Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to investigate risks and implement improvement plans through final production release.
• Mentors team members and drives operational efficiency to meet departmental targets.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
