You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. This remote position is open to candidates in Atlanta, GA, with future potential for hybrid work as operations evolve; base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of payer/provider healthcare contracting, provider network management, or related field.
• 2+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL, or other analytics tools.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and documenting procedures.
• 2+ years presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional implementations and projects to enhance directory accuracy and filings.
• Analyzes data to inform tech-enabled solutions and defines departmental KPIs.
• Investigates risks/escalations with stakeholders and drives improvement plans to production release.
• Mentors team members and promotes collaboration to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
