Job summary

Oscar Health in New York, NY is seeking an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join our Provider Data Operations team. You will solve data process challenges, lead implementations, and drive corrections that improve directory accuracy and filing submissions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. The role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in office per week, including Thursdays for team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in payer or provider healthcare contracting, provider network management, or related field.
• 2+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL or other analytics tools.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and operating procedures.
• 2+ years presenting information to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional implementations and projects with plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluates performance by analyzing data and metrics to inform technology-enabled solutions.
• Investigates risks and escalations, partnering across teams on improvements through release to production.
• Mentors team members and promotes professional growth to optimize efficiency.
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
