Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join our Provider Data Operations team in Tempe. The role focuses on cross-functional data process improvements, investigations of escalations, and ensuring quality and compliance across directory and filing submissions.

You will lead implementations, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor teammates, and help drive operational efficiency while reporting to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in payer/provider healthcare operations or related field.
• 2+ years using data tools (Excel, SQL) and analytics.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management and process improvement.
• 2+ years presenting insights to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations with project plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing data to inform technology-enabled solutions and metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to investigate risks and drive improvements to production releases.
• Mentor team members and foster growth to improve efficiency and targets.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
