Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join the Provider Data Operations team. The role focuses on solving data process challenges, leading data corrections, and documenting processes to ensure directory accuracy and filing submissions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. This remote role is open to candidates in Dallas, Texas, with potential for future hybrid arrangements at the metro area hub.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider data or provider network operations within a health insurance company.
• Experience designing and improving workflows and standing up operating and technical procedures.
• Experience developing and presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, edge case mitigation, and on-time completion to enhance processes and data corrections.
• Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data to inform technology-enabled solutions and establish key metrics.
• Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to investigate risks and escalations and drive continuous improvement through production release.
