Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join the Provider Data Operations team. The role focuses on solving data process challenges, leading implementations, and ensuring directory accuracy and compliant submissions.

The Associate reports to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations and works remotely with potential hybrid options in the future. Base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year, with benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in provider data or provider network operations within a health insurance company.
• 2+ years experience using data software such as Excel, SQL or other data analytics tools.
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and standing up operating and technical procedures.
• 2+ years presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership.

Responsabilités

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects to enhance data corrections and directory accuracy.
• Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data to inform technology-enabled solutions and metrics.
• Investigates risks and escalations, and partners across teams on continuous improvement plans before production release.
• Mentors team members and promotes professional growth to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
