Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join our Provider Data Operations team in New York City. The role focuses on solving data process challenges, leading cross-functional implementations, and ensuring directory accuracy and compliant filing submissions.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations. This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week with Thursdays in-office for team meetings, and offers a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of provider data experience.
• 3+ years of provider data or provider network operations in a health insurance company.
• 2+ years using Excel, SQL or other data analytics tools.
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and accompanying procedures.
• 2+ years developing and presenting information to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects to enhance processes and data corrections.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing data to inform technology-enabled solutions and metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to investigate risks and drive improvements.
• Mentor team members and promote growth to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
