Oscar Health is hiring an Associate, Inquiries and Investigations to join our Provider Data Operations team. The role focuses on solving data process challenges, leading implementations, and improving directory accuracy and filing submissions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Provider Data Operations, this remote role may evolve to a hybrid model. Base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year with benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in payer or provider healthcare contracting, provider network management, or related field.
• 2+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL or similar analytics tools.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management experience.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures.
• 2+ years presenting information to Senior Leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects with plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data to inform tech-enabled solutions and metrics.
• Investigate risks and escalations with leadership and partner across teams on continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and promote professional growth while driving efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
