Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide high-level customer support for 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area. You will act as a consultant, ensuring customers maximize the software and receive excellent service, with a blend of on-site and video conference support (roughly 80% on-site, 20% remote).

This role includes a paid training program with classroom sessions in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH, plus online courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be self-starter with good time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during training period (approximately 6 months). After training, must be able to travel approximately 10% of the month.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer support to 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area.
• Act as a consultant to ensure customers maximize the software and utilize it fully; deliver on-site and video conference support (80% on-site, 20% remote).
• Participate in training and mentoring programs coast-to-coast to apply classroom knowledge.
