The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide high-level support for 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined region. You will deliver on-site and video conference support, acting as a trusted consultant to maximize software usage and value.

Training includes intensive on-site sessions in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH, plus online coursework; you’ll be paired with mentors nationwide. Travel up to 50% during training and about 10% thereafter.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; travel up to 50% during training and ~10% after.

Responsabilidades
