Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area, providing on-site and video conference assistance to maximize software usage and ROI.

The role requires travel up to 25-50% during training and ongoing, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be a self-starter with good time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during training period (approximately 6 months). After training, travel approximately 25% of the month.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support to 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area.
• Serve as a consultant to ensure customers maximize software usage.
• Deliver on-site and video conference support; about 80% on-site and 20% video conference.
