• Strong consulting skills and ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences and translate concepts into business terms.
• Note: role is office-flexible with in-office presence required, minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of customer accountability for delivery of all Signature deliverables and renewals.
• Coordinate all deliverables and oversee the Signature lifecycle experience.
• Drive adoption of Sales Cloud features with reps, agents, managers, and ops teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships at executive levels within customer IT and business leadership.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of feature usage and plan for had platform improvements.
