Job summary
A leading engineering company based in Pennsylvania is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to provide tier-one troubleshooting support and prepare customer quotes in SAP and C4C. Qualifications
- Entry-level position with 0-2 years of experience preferred.
- B.S. degree in Engineering, marketing, or business with technical aptitude required.
- Experience with SAP/CRM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one troubleshooting support for Leybold products.
- Prepare customer quotations in SAP C4C for various customers.
- Assist account managers and ensure compliance with export regulations.
