Cardinal Health is seeking a Hybrid Customer Success/Support role to manage technical inquiries, diagnose hardware and software issues, and guide users through complex workflows. You will work with Product Owners and Technical teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.

The position emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to operate across clinical and business contexts within a nationwide US framework.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technical inquiries, explaining solutions clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email using remote tools.
• Configure and maintain computer systems, accounts, and permissions, including password resets.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams and Technical Account Managers to understand user workflows and technical architecture.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and document solutions to improve service quality.
