Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Understanding of DNS server and basic IP routing, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for technical inquiries with clear explanations to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
• Configure and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams and Technical Account Managers to align business and user needs.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of supported technologies.
