Cardinal Health in Dublin HQ is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer to support clinical applications, translate business requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with development teams to deliver reliable solutions.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, configure systems, and maintain knowledge of our technologies while supporting users across the organization. This role requires strong English communication and healthcare workflow experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of DNS and IP routing.
• Experience with healthcare or pharmacy workflows.
• Experience with EMR/EHR and pharmacy software.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for technical inquiries with clear explanations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
• Configure and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Dev teams to understand workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of supported technologies.
• Log, manage, and prioritize support requests using QuickBase.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.
• Provide basic training and guidance to users.
