Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Hybrid Customer Support Engineer to join our Dublin-based operations with a Monday-Friday schedule. The role focuses on supporting clinical and commercial technologies, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences.

The engineer will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, configure systems, and provide guidance to users, balancing customer needs with business

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Windows OS and Microsoft Office expert preferred.
• Experience with healthcare workflows and EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for technical inquiries with a customer-focused mindset.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and email.
• Configure and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals; manage user accounts and permissions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams and Technical Account Managers to understand business workflows and app architecture.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of supported technologies and best practices.
• Log, manage, and prioritize support requests using QuickBase; document solutions for recurring issues.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
• Provide basic training and guidance to users on our technologies.
