Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Success Analyst in a hybrid US-nationwide field role. The position focuses on maximizing value from commercial technologies, improving customer experiences, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

You will work with Product Owners and Technical teams, maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, and provide user-focused training. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong English

Competenze

• 2-4 years of experience in a related role
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Windows OS and Microsoft Office expertise preferred
• Hardware and networking proficiency preferred
• Understanding of DNS and basic IP routing preferred
• Knowledge of EDI, EMR/EHR, healthcare workflows preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
