Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience, preferred.
• Windows OS and Microsoft Office expert, preferred.
• Hardware and Networking proficiency, preferred.
• Experience with healthcare workflows or EMR/EHR, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the initial point of contact for technical inquiries with a customer-focused mindset.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking via phone and email.
• Configure and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals; manage user accounts and passwords.
