Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into SAP accurately and follow up by phone, email, or fax.
• Support inventory control by reviewing data and managing stock levels during orders.
• Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads.
• Manage customer complaints including returns and replacements of defective parts.
• Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
