Job summary

VARITE INC is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative in Wilmington, DE (Hybrid). The role focuses on customer liaison, order processing, and process improvement within a SAP-driven environment, working closely with logistics, finance, and sales teams.

The candidate should have CSR experience beyond call center, and proficiency in SAP-R3, Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce. A college degree is required, with a Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CSR beyond call center or retail.
• Knowledge of STC/RTP process preferred.
• Excellent phone communications with cross-functional teams including CSRs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Warehouse and Transportation.
• SAP-R3 or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tested.
• Salesforce.com and SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new conditions and translate strategic direction into actionable tactics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Process orders, credits/debits, rebates, and samples; monitor orders through fulfillment.
• Maintain knowledge of the domestic order management system and related policies.
• Collaborate with demand planners, sales, finance, and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance activities related to customer service.
