Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Print Customer Experience Professional to foster customer loyalty by efficiently handling orders, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and speed. You will tailor services to meet customers' needs while gaining a comprehensive understanding of Veritiv’s products and processes, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate order entry and high customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary responder for customer inquiries and grievances.
• Address and rectify issues related to pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping.
• Navigate company systems and processes to independently resolve concerns.
• Offer proactive and efficient service to all customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Enhance customer retention by anticipating and meeting evolving needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to order entry protocols.
• Build and nurture relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and more.
• Keep customer account details current within Salesforce and related systems.
• Contribute to training and development of new hires through job shadowing.
