Addison Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the manufacturing client base in St. Paul, MN. You will manage inquiries, process orders, maintain records, and assist the sales team to drive smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer support or order management experience, strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment. Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems like NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support or order management.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM experience a plus (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-first mindset with solid communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order entry from start to finish with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams on status and inquiries.
• Investigate returns and document customer concerns; collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Monitor pricing, generate reports, and document price adjustments.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, lead generation, and bid preparation.
• Stay informed on product specs to guide and optimize solutions.
