Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer support or order management.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; CRM experience is a plus (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order entry from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding order status, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Investigate and document returns, process customer concerns, and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
• Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor pricing, generate reports, and document any standard price adjustments.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, bid preparation, and execution of sales strategies.
• Stay informed on product specifications to provide guidance and optimize customer solutions.
