Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience, or 4 years related experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience with returns and return processes; accurate order entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate orders and quotes to support fulfillment and invoicing.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web; assist Sales.
• Process returns, credits, and rebills with required approvals.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to process improvements.
• Support team with other duties as assigned.
