Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Administration Specialist in Lakewood, CO, delivering accurate order entry and timely updates in a hybrid environment. You will process customer purchase orders in SAP, document details in Salesforce, and communicate primarily by email while supporting the sales team.

This role requires at least 1 year in customer service or order management, strong attention to detail, and bilingual capabilities in Spanish or French are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, order entry, or order management experience.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and handling detailed customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer purchase orders and enter orders into SAP accurately.
• Document customer and order information in Salesforce.
• Communicate via email and some phone interactions for clarification.
• Coordinate shipping instructions with the warehouse and internal teams.
• Provide timely order updates and resolve order questions or exceptions.
