Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Customer Experience Representative on a Tuesday–Saturday shift. The role includes processing orders, answering questions about deliveries and pricing, and coordinating with logistics to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will handle high volumes, maintain a positive, empathetic attitude, and work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment while meeting KPIs. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote components.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with handling a large volume of customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Able to review and retain SOPs and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates empathy when working with customers and colleagues.
• Hybrid work capability (80% in office, 20% remote).
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately across multiple data entry models and meet deadlines.
• Provide information on orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Logistics to address delivery requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor while handling inquiries.
• Adapt to changing processes and use training to deliver excellent customer service.
