Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for the late shift (11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm EST). This in-office role with Fridays remote after training emphasizes delivering best-in-class customer experiences and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.

The position requires a high school diploma, 0-2 years in a contact center, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Hybrid work is possible with some remote work after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Proficient with Windows, Office 365 and standard browsers.
• Able to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates empathy when assisting customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately across data entry models and meet deadlines.
• Provide information on orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Logistics for special delivery requirements and resolve product issues.
• Maintain a cheerful, empathetic attitude in inquiries with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and seek feedback for growth.
• Navigate systems and procedures to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office with deadlines.
• Adapt to changing needs and apply training to deliver great service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
