Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer contact center experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling a large volume of inquiries by phone and email.
• Demonstrates empathy and professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Able to adapt, think critically, and provide exceptional service.
• Hybrid work capability: 80% in office, 20% remote.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately across multiple data entry models.
• Provide information on orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate delivery requirements with Logistics and resolve issues with product availability.
• Maintain a cheerful, empathetic attitude while handling inquiries and building relationships.
• Navigate systems and procedures to deliver prompt, accurate resolutions.
