Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial underwriting, premium audit, agency, loss control or claims experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with agency customers, policyholders and internal partners to implement service strategies.
• Escalates requests outside prescribed service guidelines.
• Educates customers about Amerisure tools and resources to improve service.
• Assists with scheduling service reviews and onboarding materials.
