Job summary

Amerisure Insurance is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to advance agency and policyholder service coordination for a portfolio of designated agencies and customers. This role supports scheduling, onboarding materials and stewardship reports while ensuring data integrity and proactive issue resolution.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal partners, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency customers, policyholders and internal partners to implement service strategies.
• Escalate service requests outside prescribed guidelines.
• Educate customers about Amerisure tools and resources to improve experience.
• Assist with scheduling service-related reviews and updating materials.
• Help assemble onboarding materials, resource guides and stewardship reports.
• Monitor data integrity for large policyholders and address gaps in service.
