Job summary

Amerisure is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to drive service excellence for designated agencies and policyholders. The role supports relationship development and coordinating service activities across departments to ensure accurate, timely responses and effective onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and multiple years of related underwriting or claims support experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years commercial underwriting, premium audit, commercial agency, loss control and/or claims experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with agency customers, policyholders and internal partners to develop and implement service strategies addressing customer needs.
• Recognizes and escalates service requests outside prescribed guidelines.
• Educates agencies and policyholders about Amerisure tools and resources to improve the customer experience.
• Assists with scheduling service-related reviews and updates prior to meetings.
• Assembles onboarding materials, account resource guides, stewardship reports and related materials.
• Monitors data integrity for large, complex policyholders.
• Proactively addresses gaps in service between Amerisure and agencies/policyholders.
