Einstellen.io is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract, with hybrid work options in Bellevue, WA, or San Francisco, CA. You will handle scheduling, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

You will communicate with candidates, provide updates, assist with job postings, track pipeline metrics, and support recruiting events or on-site interviews as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Ability to support screening processes, coordinate interviews, and understand basic selection criteria.
• Customer-focused approach to ensure a responsive, respectful recruiting experience.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple requisitions, schedules, and candidate records with attention to detail.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, calendar tools, and standard office software beneficial.
• Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support in tech or high-growth environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work hybrid in Bellevue, WA or San Francisco, CA and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
