Job summary

Einstellen.io is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract, with hybrid work options in Bellevue, WA, or San Francisco, CA. You will handle scheduling, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

You will communicate with candidates, provide updates, assist with job postings, track pipeline metrics, and support recruiting events or on-site interviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work hybrid in Bellevue, WA or San Francisco, CA and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.

Role Description

The Recruiting Coordinator is a contract role, role can work out of Bellevue, WA (hybrid) OR San Francisco, CA (hybrid) supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of technology and business positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate candidate information in applicant tracking systems. The role also involves communicating with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive interview experience. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with recruiters and internal stakeholders, assist with job postings, help track pipeline metrics, and support recruiting events or on-site interviews as needed.
