Applegreen seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-state portfolio of travel plaza redevelopments, fuel stations, and convenience store projects. The role requires overseeing design through turnover, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

This field-oriented, hybrid position involves regular site visits and travel to project sites, with responsibilities spanning procurement, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. Join a growing U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Serve as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, utility providers and permitting authorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditures.
• Review contractor pricing and change orders.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor selection.
• Prepare project reports and executive summaries.
• Present project progress to senior leadership.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress.
