Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or pre-employment screening coordination.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, drug testing regs, and background check best practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inbox for background check reports and review within 48 hours.
• Review background checks and drug tests for discrepancies or compliance issues.
• Correspond with candidates to request additional information as needed.
• Verify PII for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records in shared tracking spreadsheets and Workday.
• Initiate and process additional background check screening packages as needed.
• Assist with rescheduling and troubleshooting drug screens.
