Triage Staffing is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage the onboarding compliance process for healthcare professionals. You will coordinate with clients, state agencies, and Joint Commission standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Sales and Recruiting, coordinate with vendors for background checks, and maintain audit-ready records across systems. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or applicable professional experience required.
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve work problems with sound judgment.
• Detail oriented with ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary compliance liaison for healthcare professionals and clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Execute the compliance process for new healthcare professionals, including review and verification of documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Recruiting to ensure clearance to start assignments on time.
• Partner with third-party vendors to complete background checks, exams, and screenings.
• Communicate state-specific background check requirements for timely processing.
• Maintain compliance documentation in internal systems and VMS with audit readiness.
• Process assignment extensions ensuring all compliance requirements are current.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding compliance status for booked and active professionals.
