Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of consumer loan collections or related call center experience.
• Experience with delinquency, pre-charge-off and recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes loan histories to determine collection strategies.
• Contacts Members with delinquent accounts to arrange payments.
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities.
• Comply with laws and credit union policies.
• Work a hybrid schedule including Saturdays when needed.
