Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of EF Servicing Team members.
• Oversee collection activities to meet delinquency targets.
• Train, coach and mentor staff for performance improvement.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues with strong service.
• Collaborate across teams and support process improvements.
