Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of consumer loan collections OR 2 years in financial institution lending environment
• Experience in multiple consumer loan products and delinquency stages

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes account history and payment activity to determine collection strategies
• Contacts delinquent Members to establish payment arrangements or solutions
• Communicates to negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements within guidelines
• Uses negotiation and de-escalation techniques to resolve past due balances
• Maintains documentation of all collection activities in the system
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies
