Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist I to deliver product applications and technical support for diagnostic systems. The role includes training, troubleshooting, and co-ordinating with internal and field teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Requires a biology degree and 2+ years in a clinical lab setting with microbiology/molecular biology focus; remote/onsite travel up to 10–15% and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biological science.
• 2+ years of professional related experience in Clinical laboratory setting with specialization in Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize answering customer inquiries and document in ERP; provide world class customer support with follow-up.
• Initiate, manage, and resolve customer complaints; escalate when needed.
• Perform on-call duties to provide 24-hour technical support.
• Support existing customers with training and technical assistance.
• Manage product returns and ensure product knowledge remains current.
