Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to deliver product applications and top-tier technical support for diagnostic test systems. You will manage complaint handling, train customers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast, accurate resolutions.

Required: a bachelor’s in Biological science and 2+ years in a Clinical lab setting with microbiology/molecular biology focus. Travel up to 10% domestically and under 5% internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biological science is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a Clinical laboratory setting with specialization in Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer support with education, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Initiate and manage customer complaints and determine escalation needs.
• Perform on-call duties to provide 24-hour technical support to customers.
• Support existing customers with training and technical assistance for product launches.
• Manage product returns when applicable.
• Maintain competency on bioMérieux products and procedures.
• Participate in revenue generation initiatives and promote value-added services.
• Establish and maintain ERP certification.
• Meet quality plan standards and KPIs.
• Comply with quality procedures and perform other duties.
