bioMérieux Inc. seeks a field-based trainer and application specialist to deliver technical training and support for diagnostic solutions across customer sites.

You will guide instrument implementation, perform go-live activities, and help optimize workflows while building strong customer relationships. The role requires a life sciences background and 2+ years in clinical labs or related diagnostic tech, with travel up to 75% domestically and some international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, or scientific field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in clinical laboratory operations, training/education, implementation/validation, or related diagnostic fields.
• Experience with instrument troubleshooting and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer training, implementation support and consultation for diagnostic product lines.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for customer inquiries; escalate complex issues.
• Support instrument installations, validations, go-live activities, and workflow optimization at sites and remotely.
• Develop and maintain productive customer relationships through responsive support and effective communication.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and quality systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Technical Support and other stakeholders to address customer needs.
