Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to deliver product applications and technical support for diagnostic test systems, including training, troubleshooting, and consultation. You will support sales growth by providing world-class support and coordinate with internal and field teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.

This hybrid role requires a biology degree and 2+ years' clinical lab experience (microbiology or molecular biology).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a Biological science.
• 2+ years of professional related experience in Clinical laboratory setting with specialization in Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support with product education, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Initiate, manage, and resolve customer complaints; escalate as needed.
• Perform on-call duties to provide 24-hour technical support.
• Support existing customers with training and technical assistance.
• Manage product returns where applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of bioMérieux products and procedures.
• Participate in revenue-generating initiatives including value-added services.
• Establish and maintain ERP certification.
• Meet quality plan standards and KPIs.
• Follow quality procedures and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
