Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to provide product applications and technical support for diagnostic test systems, including training, troubleshooting, and consultation. You will manage complaint handling and coordinate with internal and field teams to deliver world-class support.

The role requires 2+ years in a clinical laboratory (microbiology/molecular biology), strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment reporting onsite 2-3 times weekly

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a Biological science.
• 2+ years of professional related experience in a clinical laboratory with microbiology/molecular biology.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support with training, troubleshooting, and consultation.
• Initiate, manage, and resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Perform on-call duties to provide 24-hour technical support.
• Support training and implementation for product enhancements.
• Manage product returns and ensure product competency.
• Contribute to revenue generation through value-added services.
• Maintain ERP certification and meet KPIs.
