Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biological science.
• 2+ years of professional related experience in Clinical laboratory setting with specialization in Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize answering customer inquiries and document in ERP, delivering world-class support.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate when needed.
• Provide 24-hour on-call technical support as required.
• Support customers with training and technical assistance during product launches.
• Manage product returns and maintain product/ procedure competency.
• Participate in revenue initiatives and promote value-added services.
• Establish ERP certification and meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
