bioMérieux is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to deliver product applications and technical support for diagnostic test systems. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, training, and coordinating with internal and field teams to ensure world-class customer support and timely complaint resolution.

Responsibilities include on-call 24-hour support, escalation handling, and participation in revenue-generating initiatives while maintaining awareness of quality standards and ERP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biological science and at least 2+ years of professional experience in a clinical laboratory setting with specialization in Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide product applications and technical support for diagnostic test systems.
• Manage complaint handling to ensure timely, accurate resolution and coordinate with other teams.
• Perform on-call duties to provide 24-hour technical support.
• Provide training and technical assistance to existing customers during product launches or enhancements.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with implementation of new products.
• Support revenue-generating initiatives through value-added services.
